Today an appointment was made for 9:30 this morning. The person, Jennifer, was 20 minutes late and blamed it on her supervisor giving her a last minute assignment. She was agitated and showed it and not prepared for the meeting at all. She wouldn€™t show the available apartment as it was not cleaned up. Said this was company policy. She never offered to show us the building or grounds. No information was offered. We had to ask questions to get what little information we got. I would never consider renting a place sight unseen much less from a rude and disinterested employee.
