She said its a wonderful place and she loves the staff there. She doesnt know the new manager but she knows the other staff there. There is 24 hr on call maintenance on the property. She said its a beautiful property, with 2 gazebos in the back, with a creek. She said its the best place in Nacogdoches for seniors. She talked about a tenant who moved out from there, but they were right back real quickly, stating its the best place in Nacogdoches. So Im seeking to move there and wanted to give real positive input, from someone who would surely know what goes on there.I also want to respond to the carrier who posted a review that the manager is lazy and wont come outside to pick up packages. I have spoken to the manager there twice. She sounded anything but lazy. She is delightful and friendly and accomodating. She gave me time on the phone, despite being overloaded with work. She stated that also. So managers can be completely overwhelmed at times in their workload. She may have had 3 tenants standing in front of her and needing to give them attention at that moment. We never know what another person may be going through. An apt can flood, loose its power, loose its water. So I feel the carrier was in error to call her lazy, since he had no idea what she was having to deal with at that moment. I liked the manager right away on the phone and I give her five stars. Anyone who runs a property that size isnt lazy and deserves support.Also, my sister who lives in Nacogdoches, drove to the property since I havent been able to view it, since I am in Dallas. She spoke to several tenants there, who all offered to show her their apartment. A gentleman who had moved there 5 months earlier said he is happy there. What more do you need to know? Im happy. Im moving there. Its my happy place. I dont think its wise to take the advice of negative comments since there will always be someone who cant get along with others and who is a complainer and self focused. Read them all and follow your gut. Thats what I do and it never fails me.Update. I moved here in June 2021 and I love it. I have met really beautiful people and made friends. Most are beautiful Christian people. Everyone who has moved in after me says they love it. Its secure and very responsibly run. Im extremely happy here and am coming up on my first year here soon. One person left and came back. Its well run with special events. Its very quiet and the building is secure after 5p and on weekends. One of my sisters is relocating from south Texas to live here.
