I have enjoyed The Starling Apts so much. I have lived here for about 3 months and can€™t say enough good things. I really enjoyed her town hall meeting and was extremely thankful for the Thanksgiving meals that we received. The property is clean and I love my apartment and it€™s amenities. I also appreciate the attention received from our maintenance requests, and the good job he does. I would also like to say that whenever you see the staff out on property they are friendly and always say hello.I would recommend The Starling Apts to all my friends and family.more ...hide ...

Maintenance is good between Julio and Steven however the office will rent an apartment to you with very old appliances and tell you that you need to renew for a year for upgrades you never asked for in the previouMaintenance is good between Julio and Steven however the office will rent an apartment to you with very old appliances and tell you that you need to renew for a year for upgrades you never asked for in the previous 4 years you stayed there. Parking is a joke as the security gates that dont work or are left open most of the time . The rent is reasonable here though however the bugs are bad too and since I have a reaction to certain bug spays I always have to spray myself..more ...hide ...
