I've been trying to contact the front desk and their "24 hr emergency hotline" for days regarding the partial power outage in my unit. It's currently 11:25 AM and nobody has responded - not even a surprise, since they never do. Even before the pandemic, I requested maintenance for some damaged structure around my house, but they only came once, patched things up terribly, and still charged me for it despite it being completely out of my control. Now my power is out and there's an exposed breaker outside my unit with many other units, so I've called the maintenance line and nobody has called back. They haven't even tried to come check it or suggest resetting the breaker. This place has done absolutely nothing for its residents, yet still charges an exorbitant amount for these substandard units. If there was a 0 or negative star rating, this place would definitely deserve it. If you're looking for an apartment, be sure to opt this one out of your choices. more ... hide ...
