Barley gonna go on a 1yr living here and the whole gated community is BS gates never work and the laundry area either never works and then u cant even tell manager it has their own company never get fixed and then the maintenance guy quitOh and the p Barley gonna go on a 1yr living here and the whole gated community is BS gates never work and the laundry area either never works and then u cant even tell manager it has their own company never get fixed and then the maintenance guy quitOh and the pool never opened a day since Ive lived here dont think it is anytime soonKids run out infront of truck when ur driving and trash area is just horrible If ur paying for rent not on housing I do not recommend living here The apartments are decent but need a lot of upgrading and flooring is just horrible rain get is when it rainsManagement not a lot of help either more ... hide ...

If something needs to be fixed, it takes forever. Instead of purchasing new appliances, they prefer to try and repair the old ones. For three months, my one year old son was sweating every day due to the manager not allowing me to have an a/c while mine wasn't working. The place is infested with cockroaches and the fumigation is inadequate. The gym is never open and when it rains, the apartments receive flooding and the ceiling starts to leak. The manager, Rosalinda, is rude and does whatever she wants, disregarding the needs of the residents. She sends out false violation notices with no evidence and then avoids responding to voicemails about the accusation. She even gives people 24 hours to evacuate the apartment and find somewhere else to live. She does not consider the impact she has on people who are only trying to make a living. Despite this being a non-smoking facility, one can still smell cigarettes and marijuana every single day. more ... hide ... Making a rental inquiry
