Wanted to look at these apartments and had scheduled to meet with the apartment manager who also happens to manage Patriot palms Upon arriving their no one was out front so I waited a about 15 minutes and at the same time called their office a few ti Wanted to look at these apartments and had scheduled to meet with the apartment manager who also happens to manage Patriot palms Upon arriving their no one was out front so I waited a about 15 minutes and at the same time called their office a few times to see if something had happened The phone rang and rang and no one answered I saw a sign across the street at South Cooperstown where I also waited to see if shed come there maybe mistaking that this is where I meant telling me that the leasing office was a block or two down at Patriot palms I drive there in order to talk to someone to see if I can see the apartment all while still calling their office I get to the leasing office and walk in and the manager is THERE on a personal call which is why the phone kept ringing and ringing She completely ignores me for an additional 710 minutes before asking me why Im there I told her about my appointment not realizing it was her Id made the appointment with and also explained to her Id called the office a dozen times Since she knows Ive been standing there listening to her PERSONAL call she now understands that I know she was ignoring the phone This leads her to lie directly to my face and tell me that she told me to call when I got there which was a lie and also umm hello I did a thousand times She got an attitude and was like whatever lets go see the apartment We drive down the street to the apartments and she walks us to the door without saying anything and then just stands to the side again shes silent To make matters worse the apartments ended up being ugly anyway with a lazy paint job paint all over the outlets and mirrors and washing machine that was broken at the top They werent terrible but at the very least the apartments needed to be updated An ugly outdated apartment with an even worse apartment manager No thanks Easily the worst of the Tropicana properties more ... hide ...
