Ever since the city opened, there have been at least five or more different people in the office, like a revolving door. When you go in to address a problem, nobody knows anything. Issues take months to be solved. The buildings have set-ups that are unlike any other unit. As a business, they do not communicate with anyone. But they are quick to put letters on people's doors with false information when the office closes. My air conditioner stopped working and they replaced the fan, but it stopped again without warning. Additionally, I went without hot water for six months before they ordered a new part for the heater. After three years of being a resident, I am not renewing my lease.more ...hide ...
