Unfortunately, there are 3-5 individuals who think they are above the rules. However, this is nothing compared to other apartments I have been in. Eva and German are the best caretakers one could ask for. I have total faith in them. When my water heater started leaking, they informed me right away and had it fixed within a few hours. Moreover, when a pipe was frozen in the wall, German was at my door in half an hour. If I have any issues with someone at the apartment, one call is all it takes for help to arrive. Most of the people who have written negative reviews have not followed the rules they signed up for. Therefore, take all comments with a pinch of salt. When I moved in, the locals said it wasn't a great place to live. Nonetheless, I've had nothing but positive experiences at this flat. Most inhabitants are wonderful, but there are a few who create trouble.more ...hide ...

They neglect to address repair requests, even in emergencies, and intentionally post payments after their due date to impose late charges and threaten tenants with eviction notices. They have threatened employees who have been laid off with not being able to file for unemployment. They have allowed tenants to have people who could not pass background checks, and have knowingly given the okay to illegal activities that occur on the premises. They have been intimidating and harassing most of the tenants, particularly the elderly and disabled. I have personally known over a dozen people who have had enough and decided to leave, as well as people from the town who have had bad experiences with the property. This is a small town with two low-income apartment complexes, so the high move-out rate is quite significant. Just within the last week (starting on 3/1/2017), eight people have moved out of the 112-unit complex - it's pathetic.more ...hide ...
