2022-08-19T04:27:41ZThe leasing specialist in the office Ms N Brown has been more than kind with the process and guiding me with how this all goes Her language was very fluent understanding and honest I can tell that support from the office as a team could improve I fe The leasing specialist in the office Ms N Brown has been more than kind with the process and guiding me with how this all goes Her language was very fluent understanding and honest I can tell that support from the office as a team could improve I felt some kind of office atmosphere flaw seems to be where she has most of the heavy work days My assumptionnnI dont know anyone there so I wasnt put here to say anything I ended up in a less fortunate situation and was blessed with help in order to improve my growth Im gratefulnnI visited the property twice and was amazed at how clean it wasnnAlthough I know tenants are responsible for keeping up their rental property some of the front doors back doors of units and garage doors could use some painting and denting knocked outnnOne main thing I kept seeing was the respect the maintenance was not given by tenants Tenants kept stopping them in the middle of the parking lot in their vehicles to tell them problems about their units when it seemed they had other stuff to do That is unusual for me Most of the time it goes by work order and severity Im not sure if maintenance is handling the job or if tenants are carelessnnWhile I was in the office waiting to view a unit I heard a tenant complain about being up stairs or downstairs from someone who recently moved out and experienced seeing rats in their unit for the first time One thing I did not observe seeing was this problem being documented Either the tenant continually complained or possibly this was something previously notatednnAs I was communicating with the maintenance about exit gates a tenant inappropriately drives in from the 2nd entrance gate and parks directly in front of my vehicle and interrupted my conversation with maintenance Although I received the information I need I thought about how often the tenant acts this way When I said something the tenant proceeded talking seemingly to feel valued at an unlady event It honestly degraded the tenant The tenant continued staying in my way rolling their eyes and I told the maintenance thank you and leftnnThat was not handled the proper way but what can I say I need somewhere to stay and all I can do is ride it out I really dont understand behavior like that but I will try to ignore itnnI definitely feel as if defending myself will be the highest risk involvement I dont bother anyone and Im not disrespectful I dont judge othersnnMy rating for the main problem was the tenants in their vehicles driving reckless Kids seemed to be playing nicely Id hate to see them hurt because so many adults have carelessness and knowledgeable dont care attitudes more ... hide ...
