This apartment complex has been a living nightmare, with management and regional management both disregarding fair housing rights. They neglect to address repair requests, even in emergencies, and intentionally post paymThis apartment complex has been a living nightmare, with management and regional management both disregarding fair housing rights. They neglect to address repair requests, even in emergencies, and intentionally post payments after their due date to impose late charges and threaten tenants with eviction notices. They have threatened employees who have been laid off with not being able to file for unemployment. They have allowed tenants to have people who could not pass background checks, and have knowingly given the okay to illegal activities that occur on the premises. They have been intimidating and harassing most of the tenants, particularly the elderly and disabled. I have personally known over a dozen people who have had enough and decided to leave, as well as people from the town who have had bad experiences with the property. This is a small town with two low-income apartment complexes, so the high move-out rate is quite significant. Just within the last week (starting on 3/1/2017), eight people have moved out of the 112-unit complex - it's pathetic.more ...hide ...
