She goes the extra mile to help us . It has been many so called managers here and none of them cared about the seniors like Miss CeCe does. The residents are truly blessed to have her. I worry about my mom less knowing she is there. Thank you Cece Girlmore ...hide ...

I lived in the apartment for three years and paid an initial deposit of $1500. The original managers were great, but then they were replaced by new ones who would not even greet me when I arrived. They never answered the phone either. The apartments were infested with roaches and rats, leading to my AT&T technician having to come in to rewire my internet because the rats were eating the wires. I moved out about fifty days ago, but they still won't return my deposit. When I call, no one answers, and when I come in, the person who can help me is always in a meeting. I asked for some information and they called the security on me. I asked for a corporate number, but the number turned out to be disconnected. I informed them, but they didn't care; they even posted the disconnected number in the front for other residents to see. They locked me out of the office for simply asking who I needed to speak to about my deposit. Their behavior is highly unprofessional. It is illegal to withhold someone's deposit and yet they are doing it. I am highly upset. I have never been treated so poorly at a place I lived at for years. Where is the Better Business Bureau when you need them? There are laws against what they are doing.more ...hide ...
