There was mold on the walls, ceilings leaking, caulking uplifting in the bathroom. I have put in several work orders through the year and only a temporary fix. Ive been sitting outside for an hour waiting on them to return from lunch from 1pm to 2:19pm and no one. Gosh lunch must last for 3 hours. There is a sign on the door saying out for lunch.
