I have recently been living here for about 3 or 4 months I have been experiencing no central air leaky central air to the point where it caused water damage almost all light fixtures do not work except one bedroom the shower constantly runs even if i I have recently been living here for about 3 or 4 months I have been experiencing no central air leaky central air to the point where it caused water damage almost all light fixtures do not work except one bedroom the shower constantly runs even if its off the sink drips water from the pipes and causes the wood underneath to rot the stove light doesnt work some of the outlets dont run electricity and I should not be paying 990 for thisnnI have no problem exercising my renters rights suing for damages and mentioning how the landlords are purposely refusing to provide safe and healthy living conditions more ... hide ...

The office doesnt do work ordersmy brother moved in back in December with no hot water and its like were renting from the roaches The office manager doesnt carebrand new stoves by the ovens are broken

I enjoyed my experience here Its a great apartment if your on a budget or starting out since its all bills paidbesides water which is allocated I was here for 2 years started in a 1 bedroom then upgraded to a 2 bedroom I like that everyone keeps to I enjoyed my experience here Its a great apartment if your on a budget or starting out since its all bills paidbesides water which is allocated I was here for 2 years started in a 1 bedroom then upgraded to a 2 bedroom I like that everyone keeps to them selves in a good way Everyone is friendly the maintenance is very good at getting work orders completed fast The office ladies are very nice and understanding and will work with you I have referred people here and they too have enjoyed staying It is an older apt so keep that in mind but they are doing a good job of updating Trust me it is 100 times better then what it used to be years ago more ... hide ...
