Nice well kept premises... The Price is Right... Some very pleasant residence there... Mostly retirees... Small apartments... Had to rent a storage building because no room or storage there at all! Had to rent a storage building because no room or storage there at all! And they have rules... that they seem to get carried away with... its an extremely quiet place... so if you move there... I suggest you study the rules instead of just signing the paper and assuming Common Sense will be satisfactory... Because they are nice people trying to keep the place up and do not give Second Chances if you break a rule... no matter how trivial the rule may be... I broke one that was ridiculously Petty... But it was two respect my neighbors sleep time so I found out that washing a couple dishes while youre doing laundry is a unpardonable final warning...! No explanations are adequate... Its a first and last warning apparently...!more ...hide ...
Dont live here, you will have to pay rent AND for any repairs needed even when they were notified at the move in what was wrong. Their appliances are from the 80s but when they break down you either have to fix it, replace it yourself or they claim tenant usage and charge you without your consent OR proof of the charges. Corp does nothing just lets manager do whatever she wants, right or wrong. If you report the manager she retaliates against the tenant. The manager Is VERY RUDE.more ...hide ...
