I suggest you study the rules instead of just signing the paper and assuming Common Sense will be satisfactory... Because they are nice people trying to keep the place up and do not give Second Chances if you break a rule... no matter how trivial the rule may be... I broke one that was ridiculously Petty... But it was two respect my neighbors sleep time so I found out that washing a couple dishes while youre doing laundry is a unpardonable final warning...! No explanations are adequate... Corp does nothing just lets manager do whatever she wants, right or wrong. If you report the manager she retaliates against the tenant. The manager Is VERY RUDE. more ... hide ...
