So many bad reviews When your my age and rent you want to make sure its a place you can live and be happy Im not sure thats possible here

This place is awful ManagementTammy and Monica are very rude women and they are not there to assist the tenants I was a victim was domestic violencecops were called out reports were made I took all the information to them and they treated like it wa This place is awful ManagementTammy and Monica are very rude women and they are not there to assist the tenants I was a victim was domestic violencecops were called out reports were made I took all the information to them and they treated like it was a joke I feared for the life of myself and my child because my baby daddy still had access keyand for days I couldnt leave my house All they could say was not enough evidence During this time I fell on harshiplast 2 months of my lease They filed eviction and I awaiting to move my stuff out as we speak I sent them a letter to make payments on my balance and they refuse to accept payments They also refusing to give me my account balance and told me to take it up with the credit bureaus This has been my worst experience ever I wouldnt wish this place on my worst empty I needed help and they simply refuse They never repaired leaks etc in my apartment I had send letters etc and nothing I have filed a complaint etc They have also harassed me with phone calls about rent etc more ... hide ...

Tammy is very rude nosy and a liar She will give you false charges when moving out There is always vacant units because of her attitude people are always moving out The property manager before her was so sweet and understanding Tammy is a racist And Tammy is very rude nosy and a liar She will give you false charges when moving out There is always vacant units because of her attitude people are always moving out The property manager before her was so sweet and understanding Tammy is a racist And I mean it She fake smiles all the time The apartment itself is nice but both managers are sorry I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone She steals from people when they are moving out giving them list of charges that she is not supposed to she doesnt do the inspection with youshe will take the key on your final day and wont say anything she wont go and inspect with you After few days debt collectors will be calling you with an outrageous bill My friend lived there for over 7 years and Tammy gave her a bill of 1800 talking about painting and other stuff I repeat stay away from this apartment so long as that rude Tammy is the manager more ... hide ...

To start off with the lay out of the apartments are nice for low income housing I love the townhouse floor plan Although the first night I moved in to the apartments I wasnt aware they were infested with roaches It was terrifying I have a roach phob To start off with the lay out of the apartments are nice for low income housing I love the townhouse floor plan Although the first night I moved in to the apartments I wasnt aware they were infested with roaches It was terrifying I have a roach phobia I couldnt even walk around the house that night in fear of stepping on one Maybe the residents before me were filthy The next day I bought traps and called them early for an exterminator The exterminator couldnt arrive until a month later Eventually I got rid of them quickly because I kept my house spotless dishes washed and every trap you could think of They would still pop up every blue moon but rarely BECAUSE I KEPT IT CLEANn Tammy is nosy the apartment manager She is rude Dont have anyone visiting while she is there and absolutely no smoking allowednOnce my sink was stopped up and I called everyday for a week before someone could come fix itn There are ants all over the kids playground Once my son got bit by an unknown creature and had huge knots on his head arm and legn Their corporate takes two weeks to get back to you if you have a complaint and they are just as ruden Lastly the rent is around 600 and if you dont give a WRITTEN 30 day notice before you leave you will be charged another month of rent They will not tell you this unless you ask I found out through a coworker of mine who had the WORST experience as well Luckily she let me stay another month BUT when I left I didnt replace a light bulb dripping pans and I left a shower curtain up I take responsibility for thatnEverything was clean and everything had been moved out besides the shower curtain There wasnt much to clean since I keep it pretty tidynThey charged menDamages 55nShampoo 75 Some what understandable but I thought this was the job of the apartment to paint and redo the apartment it wasnt stained with red or anything outrageous Regular wear and tearnPainting 300 no marks on the wallsnTrash Removal 150 apartment free of trash except the curtainnDisposal of Items 63nCleaning 230nAnyways a total of 921 dollars and within 14 days of moving out she already turned it in to debt collectionsnI must say its my fault for not doing a walkthrough when I left but I have learned my lesson I appreciate what this apartment has done for me but overall not somewhere Id move back or want to live ever again Its disgusting and they all just want money more ... hide ...
