Don't spend your time here; we have faced many issues, most of which remain unsolved. We haven't even been here that long. The apartments may appear adequate, but it's not worth it. The apartments may appear adequate, but it's not worth it. We phoned multiple times and no one ever answered. We had to drive here and meet with them in person to get our questions answered. They gave us an incorrect move-in date, and did not tell us that it got postponed twice. Had we not gone to confirm our move-in date, we would have brought our possessions for nothing. Ashley, the manager, informed us that we had to pay rent before we could receive the keys, so we went to acquire a money order and returned, only to discover she was on a two-hour lunch break, without giving us a head's up. She gave the wrong gate keys to more than half the complex, so many of us had to wait for someone to open the gate. They are dreadful at sharing important information like the internet provider, the gate code (which we still don't have), neglected to give us an extra set of keys, and said we wouldn't be charged for water, yet we were. We never were informed of this until we were presented with a water bill. When we brought this to their attention, they tried to make it seem like we knew we had to pay for the water, which we did not.
