The management staff is poor at maintaining the property and customer service is lacking. Managerial staff will enter your apartment without your permission, even if they have notified you beforehand. The current manager has recently shown up unannounced and has forced my door open while I was still wearing a towel. She then tells me that this is her property and she will be treating it as if she is staying. You cannot speak to the management staff about any problems that you are having, as they will over talk you and you never receive a clear answer. They also may lie and tell you that they are coming to fix things, but they never come. The office also sends packages back to the sender. The workout room which you pay for is rarely open, and the pool is extremely dirty. Finally, there are foundation issues where cracks are appearing in the walls. I would not recommend living here if you can avoid it.more ...hide ...
