She was friendly, helpful and easy to converse with. However, when she left it all changed for the worse; a new unprofessional manager came in wearing pajamas who would yell at residents and only listened to those she liked. Even when we had an emergency concerning our heater on the coldest night of the year, no one came despite reports being made. Because of her lies and schemes to get rid of people, my family had to move out. As of now, this place still has dismal management and a money-oriented company that shows no concern for its residents; if new management is hired then maybe it would improve, but as for now do not take your chances here!more ...hide ...

Despite her numerous requests to have the door fixed, nothing has changed. When I visited her on July 11th, the door was still taped up, which is unacceptable. The manager, Denise, also has an attitude that is not suitable for dealing with elderly people or for providing customer service. My mother has mental health issues, including anxiety and depression, and is on disability. Denise often shouts at her, threatens to evict her when she won't agree to backdate documents regarding her rent payments. My mother is on Section 8 and should not be subject to such harassment over rent. I intend to file formal complaints about Denise's behaviour because it is not acceptable the way she treats my mother and the other residents. This complex already has a terrible rating of 1.3, which confirms what I am saying. My experience when I visited my mother and the other reviews are proof of this fact.more ...hide ...
