Moving in was already a hassle, but now having to deal with Jessica has made me realize why the property is in such a mess. The apartments are not given proper inspections, and Jessica and her head of maintenance are not doing their jobs competently. My cousin's recent experience has made me think that Jessica is scamming people; she holds on to applications for prolonged periods of time without any communication, and does not offer full deposits back even if she never ran the application. Jessica has no authority over her staff; she is confrontational and disrespectful when dealing with other residents. I have now gone through the same experience, as she tends to become defensive quickly. Even when I contacted her boss Bethany, she tried to defend her own actions as if she was not wrong. Jessica is truly malevolent, and it's very sad that she is still running the property when she clearly does not care about it. I have not heard a single resident with anything positive to say. This has been the worst experience Ive ever had when it comes to applying for an apartment Letticia has no knowledge of her job or anything for that matter She has been going back and forth with me from the start with my application Ive been nothing This has been the worst experience Ive ever had when it comes to applying for an apartment Letticia has no knowledge of her job or anything for that matter She has been going back and forth with me from the start with my application Ive been nothing but professional and patient but seems like the staff here dont know the word professional Even my HR department thinks theyre very unprofessional and will be filing a complaint as well Ive been living in a hotel for the lack of communication and professionalism by these people and to make matters worse when I told them all this all they can do is stay quiet and say nothing I told Letticia to withdrawal my application if this is how they do business here and she said she couldnt give me a whole refund for something thats their fault So now Im down money that they STOLE from me and a place to live RUN before you ever think about applying here I will be taking this further more ... hide ...

Came in for a tour and loved how neat the property was Jessica and Leticia were professional and helpful The rest of the staff I encountered was so nice and accommodating as well
