I have seen their apartments they are really nice but even though their website mentions that they accept section 8, I have asked numerous of times to management if they do and I have been repeatedly told that they dont,I have seen their apartments they are really nice but even though their website mentions that they accept section 8, I have asked numerous of times to management if they do and I have been repeatedly told that they dont, I wouldnt want to be bug and keep Asking. I live at Seabreeze ,have lived there for approximately 8 years, in the 8 years Ive had false statements and accusations put in my file that I have went to them and provided proof that the it was false, but they tell me I live at Seabreeze ,have lived there for approximately 8 years, in the 8 years Ive had false statements and accusations put in my file that I have went to them and provided proof that the it was false, but they tell me they cant remove anything from my file even if it isnt true,now Ive received an eviction notice ,given 10 days to move,have been trying to call all day to find out why ,no one is answering phone, my rent is paid ,I paid my rent October 3rd gave it to the assistant manager, the apartments are very nice ,but to receive an eviction notice on October 4th ,there is something wrong with that picture, I dont know if its because Im black or what but I have proof also my rent is paid, waiting now to see what their reasoning is.more ...hide ...

I lived there for almost 6 years. I loved the space and how nice was my apartment. If something needs it to get fix in my apartment I called and asked for Rosie, she help me with my work orders and she will make sure MaiI lived there for almost 6 years. I loved the space and how nice was my apartment. The most I like about Rosie I was able to talk to her in Spanish when I had to call for a work order or any question I had. couple months ago, I notified her I was leaving the apartment, but I was not able to know exactly the date because I did not know when I was closing on my house. Before I move out, I gave her two different dates and she worked with me, and she explain how much was gonna be for breaking the lease and everything else. Before I return the key, she did the walk through and told me you lived here for 6 years, and everything looks fine, so I was able to get my deposit back. I am so thankful for Rosie all these years of her help.more ...hide ...
