The size is ideal for a couple such as us and the cost is sensible. It has everything we require and is snug. We make an effort to keep it clean and orderly, so it feels like new all the time. The staff has been great since the beginning; they were very informative prior to us signing the contract and since then have been dependable, punctual and very nice to us. Any minor requests we have (which are few and far between) are always handled quickly. Above all, we feel very blessed to have a manager we can rely on fully. The sound levels are actually quite low. Nobody can be heard playing music really loud (we are grateful for the 10pm rule at the flat). Occasionally, a car alarm will go off outside your flat, but it is not too loud and it usually gets fixed soon. If you are not on the top floor, occasionally you will hear children running around on the floor above you, but hey, they are kids, and it's not like it's all day long. In conclusion, choosing Town Parc was without a doubt the best choice for my partner and me. We looked at numerous apartment complexes, but Town Parc ranked highest in all the most important categories. No regrets! more ... hide ...

The maintenance guys go into your apartment and steal your things when youre not there Also they will not give you your deposit back so do not rent from here

Some of the residents are a little rough but I really like my apartment Its calm for the most part and I really need that Im a student going back to college and I need peace and quiet

I have lived here for a year and a half Single mom 4 kids The man of the place is 14 broke and always with ideas what he needs to thrive Never paid late Maintenance only called maybe twice Not including the door repair not being completed so air is f I have lived here for a year and a half Single mom 4 kids The man of the place is 14 broke and always with ideas what he needs to thrive Never paid late Maintenance only called maybe twice Not including the door repair not being completed so air is felt as I live on the 3rd floor This request repair was put in before our winter storm feb2021 so the kids and I put tape on the cracks to slow the flow of cold air entering The maintenance still not back to finish the repair and we have had some warmer no snow days To top it off I call the office Eunice Hunter answered the line to tell me I am getting charged for someone coming to remove the headboard and king mattress I had nicely set in my apartment hallway I called and like usual no answer so I kindly left a message 2 days prior that someone would be by to pick up With the winter storm recently it was delayed I dont think I am in violation and for her to just drop a charge seems unprofessional No notice was given and her only explanation is its in your lease I am one who pays on time and does my best to not call the office as much as possible I even have a stove with an oven NOT working since before Thanksgiving So if your looking for somewhere to live CONSIDOR ELSEWHERE Parking is not even covered Soo many vehicles here that if you get home past 4305 it is questionable you will have a space by your building The noise level is high I am laying in my bedroom and can hear someone coming up the stairs even their conversations You can tell who just opened their front door and shut it Bad placed doors or bad insulation I dont know I chose to keep this all to myself and manage to stay positive but when the office is inconsiderate and placing charges without notice I feel unappreciatednUpdate After new management came in the atmosphere even changed Its not easy to pick up and move when issues arise I have to say I am impressed with how work orders and concerns are followed up with promptly Walking into the office these days are a pleasure I wanted to delete this review but it wouldnt hold true to the authenticity of my experience Its not how you fall as long as you get back up more ... hide ...
