Not only do they give very little notice to renew rent they are also very intrusive. Not only do they give very little notice to renew rent they are also very intrusive. Theres been multiple times where someone enters my apartment for no reason when Im not home, maintenance doesnt do their job either. I called in for a mold problem and they literally just painted it over it and they didnt do anything when I called for a roach problem, had to fix it myself.They raised rent on me again and gave me very short notice to renew it or monthly rent goes up and every time I go to the office to sign papers no one is there.Dont give these people your money, find somewhere else to live. more ... hide ...
