I had rented a U-Haul, switched utilities, and set up cable, only to receive an email saying the apartment wasn't ready (on the date we agreed upon), even though it had been 2-3 weeks prior. When I moved in, the carpet in the upstairs had not been changed, the laminate flooring was not installed correctly, the outlets were in the wrong places, and the ceiling fan shook badly (which my uncle had to fix). For the past 3 years, the same spot on the ceiling has been leaking from the air conditioning and every time they come to "fix" it, they just paint over it - not actually solving the problem. Please don't break a blind because they will charge a lot for that. My neighbors have, until this year, been fine, but currently I have two neighbors who act like they have assigned parking, and they knock on my door when there are other available spots. I have never seen so many entitled people in my life! Two grown men actually knocking on my door to argue about a parking space! Until this year, it had been quiet and all the other neighbors kept to themselves. more ... hide ...
