This place is unbearable to inhabit. The manager is very unkind, and if she dislikes someone, she will do anything to make them leave. In the past two years, there have been two shootings here, the most recent taking place on 08/24/17 and the first in December. The manager allows the building to deteriorate and doesn't bother to fix anything. For instance, there is a block of wood between the toilet and the wall because it was not installed properly. The faucet covers are also coming off. If your neighbor damages the paint on your door or leaves garbage in your yard, you are made responsible. There is a lot of drug use here, yet the manager appears to be unconcerned. She even removed the basketball goal that all the kids were using and gave it to someone else. She calls anyone she doesn't like a liar. She deliberately provokes people who she has a grudge against. When the owners come to inspect the premises, she hides the bad apartments. You are required to pay for all necessary repairs in your own apartment. Most tenants are too scared to go outside because of the fear of getting shot or being accused of something they didn't do and consequently written up. I wouldn't even want my worst enemy to live in these apartments.more ...hide ...

Ive lived here for over two years and I absolutely love it! The ONLY time theyve EVER been in my apartment without notice was for and emergency repair!
