It was a nice visit to Red Oak apartments Been going here for 12 years and have seen the building change with dark spots on the walls where some of the seniors reside This could be dangerous

The new landlord is awful; she has a bad attitude and never responds. I had evidence of damages from the last tenant that both the old landlord and I discussed and had documentation of, yet she still charged me for the damages even though there was p The new landlord is awful; she has a bad attitude and never responds. I had evidence of damages from the last tenant that both the old landlord and I discussed and had documentation of, yet she still charged me for the damages even though there was proof of the damages existing when I moved in. She said she couldn't find it on file, so it didn't matter even though I sent her evidence. They never fix the issues in the apartments either, yet when the problem grows worse, they are quick to give out lease violations. They also charge you when you move out for carpet stains even though they are supposed to put in new carpet for the next tenant anyway. Moreover, they permit neighbors to harass you and call the cops on you for no reason multiple times. Barbara in building C-4 is notorious for terrorizing neighbors and forcing them to move out by making up stories and calling the police all the time. Nia is great, but Brandy is terrible; she gets paid very little and takes her job too seriously. more ... hide ...

The apartments are kept in fairly good shape and the area is safe However management has been hard to reach for the past year as the office hours are short and sometimes no one was in there during the times posted on the door In the summer I develope The apartments are kept in fairly good shape and the area is safe However management has been hard to reach for the past year as the office hours are short and sometimes no one was in there during the times posted on the door In the summer I developed a roach issue despite being a clean person and living on the second floor I made sure to be put on the pest control list but the issue was never resolved entirely Maintenance got better recently but it used to take them a while to fix anything As I get close to moving out communication has lacking The assistant property manager is nice and helpful but they have some real issues with keeping a main manager Seems like they cant get their act together If youre looking for something on a low budget this is really all thats close but I would not recommend it more ... hide ...
