However, over the past two years, we have heard the phrase "sorry for the inconvenience" far too often. The elevator is unreliable; it has broken down several times and taken days to weeks to get fixed. The people living in the complex are either elderly or handicapped, so having the one elevator out of order is more than just a nuisance; it means those on the same floor cannot leave, take their pets for a walk, or throw away their trash. Our current issue is not being able to use her clothes dryer. We called an appliance repairman who showed us the lint built up way inside the outside wall. My mother can't remember if the dryer vents have ever been vacuumed and professionally cleaned. The repairman warned her not to use the dryer as it is a major fire hazard. At 86 years old, having to take her laundry to the laundromat downstairs is much more than just an inconvenience. We are not only concerned about her dryer vent but the safety of all the apartments. Teresa, the property manager, appears to be kind and considerate, which leads us to believe that the owners of the building only care about making money and do not think about the wellbeing of the residents. more ... hide ...

It is a great independent senior apartment complex It is also income based Property is well managed and taken care of

A really nice and quiet place to walk run and have a picnic This nature trail is super big and pay close attention to the signs to find where youre going No restrooms or water fountains so bring your water

I love it here Very well maintained and was created well Quiet and the kids have plenty of room to play Very nice bathrooms and showers
