They keep the grounds up the management is Amazing acts quickly to solve any issues People are very friendly as well The duplexes are high quality and very beautiful designed

These apartments are absolutely deplorable While they do appear to be nice at first glance you will find that they are shoddily put together with cheap materialsnthe wood floors are uneven slanted and made of cheap materialnthe tile floors are damp These apartments are absolutely deplorable While they do appear to be nice at first glance you will find that they are shoddily put together with cheap materialsnthe wood floors are uneven slanted and made of cheap materialnthe tile floors are damp after moderate to heavy rains suggesting a problem with the foundation of the entire apartment buildingnthe bathroom shower rod towel rod and toilet paper rod are of a cheap and trashy grade and are so ineptly attached to the surfaces that they fall off at nearly the slightest touchnthe carpets are of a cheap grade and if any liquid is accidentally spilled you will need to replace the carpet as it immediately absorbs the liquid and is impossible to be cleaned upnnIn addition to the bad conditions of these apartment buildings the staff is unethical and dishonest Expect to regularly receive lease violations for things which are beyond your control due to the low grade of the appliances and materials used The staff also has friends lined up to receive apartments who they let skip ahead on the list and push other tenants into eviction on sketchy grounds to allow room for I would not be surprised if these apartment buildings have pending legal lawsuits Rent at your own riskmore ...hide ...

My mother passed away there. We cleaned the apartment and now waited 3 months for a deposit refund. We have called and called.
