I039m in need of finding a place for my boys amp me I039m ONLY looking into low or restricted income apts because I receive SSDI benefits for myself and 3 of my children whom are all are boys ages ranging from **phone#**hidden** amp 11 yrs old I do have current situations in regards to background screenings like credit issues criminal background issues however would be willing to explain in person the details about that situation but did complete my 10 yrs probation sentence from May 2001 to March 2011 it039s been about 45 yrs since my 1st amp only eviction ever amp just looking for anybody whose willing to give my family amp me the opportunity to whoever might give us a chance wo any discriminations due to my past situations amp really should NOT be liable to hold that against me like what seems to be forever my boys shouldn039t have to suffer from that as well in which since the end of July 2018 thank you for your time and in hopes that anyone or any place would give us that opportunity

I have lived here for a year and love the place... Cathy is a great manager is doing her best to keep up with everything, especially since Esmeralda left (I miss her). The only thing I dont like is my upstairs neighbors I have lived here for a year and love the place... Cathy is a great manager is doing her best to keep up with everything, especially since Esmeralda left (I miss her). The only thing I dont like is my upstairs neighbors are always stopping and banging on the floor and running their vacuum late. Also, smoking in their apartment, and next to my front door and its coming into my apartment and we have really bad allergies and an elderly mother. I was really upset because my uniform smelled like cigarette smoke and I had to go to work like that. I left a message with the manager Cathy and she sent out a reminder to everyone about the rules concerning smoking, which I really appreciate. I dont care how long someone has lived here... People should always be respectful to others!more ...hide ...

Love the place! Helped move in my mother, was very exciting. The surrounding areas are convenient and cozy. The clean white walls and wonderfully modernized tile allows for theme decoration and an opportunity to make this a real home! Visiting relatives is conveniently easy via bus routes and S.A.s highway rapid accesses. Management and staff at the Legacy has proven time & time again that they are dedicated, cordial, helpful, and outstandingly friendly. We are all very satisfied more ...hide ...

We got a new manager Very poor management. Which we dont have a assigned parking. She told me if thats all we do is complain. Plumbing is bad full of roaches they cant seem to get a good pest control. All I have to say is that we had so many mangers they try to fix what ever problems we have. If we cant count on our manager then who??? Mrs Latoya keep say in California I would do it a certain way. I hate to remind her that she cant s in Texas now!! Ive been living here for about 11 years and I had never had a manager that would responded like she did.! I didnt have roaches for a long time now it out of control, parking and a lot of other things that are going on??more ...hide ...
