The value for the dollar for the apartments is on par for the market and the area is kept clean and neat and I feel safe here. Ive only had a couple of small maintenance requests, but theyve both been answered in a timely fashion. Since moving in, I have had some minor maintenance issues which I was able to address through the app and the Maintenance personnel have been great, quickly getting the job done. I recently reported some problems to John in the leasing office, which he promptly addressed and resolved, leaving me without much room to be angry.
