I lived there for almost 6 years I loved the space and how nice was my apartment If something needs it to get fix in my apartment I called and asked for Rosie she help me with my work orders and she will make sure Maintenace will get it done The most I lived there for almost 6 years I loved the space and how nice was my apartment If something needs it to get fix in my apartment I called and asked for Rosie she help me with my work orders and she will make sure Maintenace will get it done The most I like about Rosie I was able to talk to her in Spanish when I had to call for a work order or any question I had couple months ago I notified her I was leaving the apartment but I was not able to know exactly the date because I did not know when I was closing on my house Before I move out I gave her two different dates and she worked with me and she explain how much was gonna be for breaking the lease and everything else Before I return the key she did the walk through and told me you lived here for 6 years and everything looks fine so I was able to get my deposit back I am so thankful for Rosie all these years of her help more ... hide ...

When my husband and I filled out an application Crystal told us that my husbands income was a couple of thousand dollars under the limit and that his next paystub as long as it wasnt higher we would still be qualified and we didnt have anything to wo When my husband and I filled out an application Crystal told us that my husbands income was a couple of thousand dollars under the limit and that his next paystub as long as it wasnt higher we would still be qualified and we didnt have anything to worry about She was confident in her answer and even showed us the numbers so that made us believe that we were good to go There was no doubt in my mind that we wouldnt be qualified My husband gets paid weekly and when he gave Lorenda his following week paystub which wasnt higher all of a sudden he made 1000 over the limit HOW WERE WE 2000 UNDER AND NOW WE ARE 1000 OVER Either Crystal or Lorenda messed up and I believe it was Lorenda because I already had an issue with her stating she still needed a birth certificate which I had already given to Crystal the week before and then for her to finally go over our application and say she needed more items from us just to be told less than an hour later that we didnt qualify more ... hide ...
