Poorly managed. Residents dont have dumpsters available to them. Kids climb the fences and break stuff. The pool has been empty all summer (2019). You will never find parking. Literally. Unless you pay for it. And if you don€™t they€™ll tow your car. That happened to me today. That happened to me today. I get from work around 7:30 pm and there€™s literally no parking spot available anywhere near where I live. So I parked under a carport and I get a notice saying my car was gonna be towed. Oh well, since there was literally no parking around we ended up getting the car towed. Which fine we will pay for it but the parking situation is ridiculous. Also, if at the end of the lease you decide to do a month to month lease agreement, you€™ll be charged $300 extra per month. Yes $300. You could get a way better looking apartment for that price. Also, the Gates are always broken. Manager is not the nicest person to talk to.more ...hide ...
