The management here is absolutely dreadful! The manager is never in the office, and she doesn't have the respect to even return calls. We asked for a simple air filter, and he said he would bring it up but he never showed. He then told me to request one from the office, which is always closed! I have left notes for the manager but she doesn't answer. A friend of mine has not had a functioning microwave for over five months and when she complained to the manager, she said she didn't even know about the issue, which is undoubtedly a lie. We had to call the fire department and the gas company in the middle of the night because of the microwave that Aaron supposedly "fixed". The manager never acknowledged this and instead acted like she didn't know. Since my friend spoke up, the manager has been retaliating against her by treating her very rudely and making false accusations about her leaving her trash out, which is totally false! I asked Aaron for the manager's name (not the same one from when I moved in) but he said he didn't know it. I asked for the regional office number and he said he didn't know the name or number, either. What a shady situation! more ... hide ...

Mr Hector is One of the nicest persons that I know is no longer working in here He was replace by Jaine shes accommodating as well I highly recommend this apartment
