I just wanted to take a moment to let you all know that I am aware of the changes you are making, and I appreciate it. Keep it up! As a tenant, I am happy. This experience was a breath of fresh air. My experience as a tenant has been a roller coaster. I was excited when I first moved in, as this was my family's first rental house. We have done our best to uphold our part of the deal, such as paying rent on time, cutting the grass, and making sure the yard is presentable. However, when I have been in need of maintenance or management, I have had difficulty trying to reach them. They never answer the phone, and when I drive to both locations I am still unable to get anything accomplished. Over the summer, I had ac issues for months and I was not compensated for having to purchase a window unit. Additionally, I have been dealing with draining issues in the sink, toilet, and garbage disposal for months and they still have not been fixed. The kitchen has been without light bulbs since Thanksgiving and when I asked for replacements I was told they would get to me when they can, which seems like never.
