I would highly suggest anyone with small children; if you cannot get in on the first floor; to not even bother and look elsewhere. We only stayed for a year because as soon as my lease was up I moved out immediately. I was so excited to move in when I first chose the vineyards. Its really nice apartments, its in the friendship school district. Not even 2 days we were moved in and it was around lunch time, my grandmother was there helping me get settled in, and a police officer came knocking on my door explaining there was a complaint from down stairs about running around on floor and toys dropping. I said well yes its the middle of day my children are being children and playing; maybe sometimes dropping their toys on accident, again as children do. This was only the beginning of the most miserable experience of my life. The police and apartment security were constantly being called to my home always in the middle of the day because of my children just being children and playing. The man that lived below me was over 70 years old and lived alone with many health issues. He was the problem along with the former manager named Jamie. I always had to go into the office to explain my children just being children about the complaints and it got to where Jamie explained to me that if it continues, she will have to evict me. I was so devastated, and so the rest of my lease, which was still over 6 months, I had to constantly be on my kids and get onto them about running, walking hard or fast, dropping toys. Which looking back now I cannot believe I had to do that. Thats completely appalling and ridiculous. Anyway I just want to tell my experience to save someone from going through what I did. Im not the only one this has happened to at this apartment complex. Also now the manager is Natashna and shes much more reasonable but it doesnt change what I went through. more ... hide ...
