First off the whole staff is just freaking awesome So kind respectful patient and very understanding A Jay is the maintenance guy I adore him Such a sweetheart so helpful and will get problems fixed Usually in the same day When he comes over to my pl First off the whole staff is just freaking awesome So kind respectful patient and very understanding A Jay is the maintenance guy I adore him Such a sweetheart so helpful and will get problems fixed Usually in the same day When he comes over to my place he kinda feels like a father figure to me and he looks just like my dad LOL Im always watching him fix things so I can do it next time it happens so I dont have to bug him unless its something really hard I just love the man The property manager Michelle shes so nice and understanding She makes sure that stuff gets done but very patient with renters Though I love everyone here I must say that my most favorite is Tye She just might be the most understanding person Ive ever had the privilege of knowing She is quick to help with any questions or problems you may have I like to think of her as a friend She is very good at keeping everything private Ive had to call her a few times to get copies of papers emailed or faxed to me And she was on it Like always with in 1015 mins Shes always willing to help renters out with anything she has means to If you cant do the deposit or are gonna be late on rent just call Tye And soo happy that you can get washerdryers put in your apt So much easier The grounds are always kept up and when it snows too In the summer the lawns get mowed at least once a week And it looks so beautiful Also a BIG plus is that its in a rapidly growing community So banks restaurants stores and also coffee shops which I love LOL We are right behind Smiths in Layton So its very easy to walk there especially with strollers LOL Lots of good stores across the street The freeway entrance is like 2 minutes down the road And 89 is very close too One more thing I HAVE to mention is the perfect beautiful view of the mountains Gorgeous Looks like they are almost close enough to touch more ... hide ...

My husband and I moved in here a year ago and were very pleased with our lease From the beginning the staff was very helpful and professional They definitely helped make this feel like home The staff was one of the reasons we moved in Compared to oth My husband and I moved in here a year ago and were very pleased with our lease From the beginning the staff was very helpful and professional They definitely helped make this feel like home The staff was one of the reasons we moved in Compared to other places we checked out the staff was very genuine The maintenance was amazing and quick Great location Made grocery shopping nice A little out dated but still nice The only reason we have ended our lease was because rent went up and we felt like we could find something similar or a little more expensive but bigger Its great for a beginning family Again we loved it here I didnt give it a 5 star strictly based off of our neighbors who were loud and constantly smoked it would rise into our apartment Our neighbors would also have guests who would park in our assigned spot which wasnt too bad if there was an open space by the front office And lastly because we havent officially moved out and im not sure how the moveout process will go Hoping we dont get charged for stuff that was already there Highly recommend more ... hide ...
