The walls are thin and one can hear what is happening in the hallway and in the o This place has made considerable progress since it used to be, but there is still room for improvement. To begin with, its location is great, but it is quite expensive. The walls are thin and one can hear what is happening in the hallway and in the other apartments. The appliances are subpar, and I have to contact maintenance many times a month to repair oven doors that come off, microwaves that don’t get hot, and air conditioning that doesn’t blow cold air. The website that is used to make rent payments is somewhat outdated and there are recurrent issues with payments not going through or the servers being unavailable. I have been charged more than $100 in late fees not due to lack of funds but because of problems with the website. After talking to the management, I was told that nothing could be done, and it appears to be deceptive. The cost of parking is high and spaces are limited. Unless you reserve a spot, it’s a first come, first served basis. Due to the fact that it is solely for residents, it is almost impossible to find a place in the lot after 8 pm. The complex deals with pests well, however, it is not uncommon to see the occasional cockroach, particularly if you live on the ground floor. All in all, there are certainly worse places to live in Salt Lake and the proximity to downtown is extremely convenient. 2022-06-02T19:04:16ZIncredibly unhappy with the management It began when I moved in with my husband and we needed to get me a key We asked for another copy many times and finally they asked us to give them our one and only key since they somehow didnt have one to make a Incredibly unhappy with the management It began when I moved in with my husband and we needed to get me a key We asked for another copy many times and finally they asked us to give them our one and only key since they somehow didnt have one to make a copy themselves Someone else must have had one for when they entered our apartment for repairs so that made no sense We werent interested in giving our one and only key for an unknown amount of time so in the end we werent able to get a key from the complexnOn many occasions we were told if they ever bothered to respond vague misleading information One employee in particular was consistently difficult to obtain accurate information and with all the frustration she stirs up its concerning they have maintained her as a representative for their office After breaking our lease early because life happened we opted for the buyout option which they finally let us pay 3 months after we had left Upon delivery of payment I asked the previously mentioned employee specifically if we should expect anymore payments to be asked of us she said no Then a week later we were hit with yet another bill expected to be paid When we emailed them about it multiple times their only response was two days before it was due letting us know our payment method options They berated me over the phone for my unique and confusing situation of breaking our lease early and would follow up demanding payment was due when we were never initially given due dates This is a terrible display of customer service and communicationnnThe atmosphere is what youd expect for the location dim a strong urine odor that burns your nose from the turf at the front doors and they love to do full demo reconstruction at 8 pm on their apartments as well as many other annoying experiencesnnOverall it was a frustrating experience to live there but mostly to work with the management more ... hide ...
