2022-05-21T05:48:44ZI will make this as short and as sweet as I can Weve lived here for about 35 years Our experience wasnt the greatest the first couple years but since we dont have many options and we are tired of moving we dealt with it as best as we could The previo I will make this as short and as sweet as I can Weve lived here for about 35 years Our experience wasnt the greatest the first couple years but since we dont have many options and we are tired of moving we dealt with it as best as we could The previous 2 managements didnt take anything seriously Maintenance would always tell us well be back tomorrowMonday and nothing And not about small issues either these were bigger onesnThings have changed a lot since this new management and maintenance came in and for the better They actually listen to us They are attentive and kind Theyve done more for us in 5 months than the previous ones did in 3 years I have nothing but good things to say about all of them I dont understand the bad reviews this is the opposite experience we have had with the new management Its not perfect here but it is decent and safe and better than most places Ive lived at more ... hide ...

2022-04-05T21:29:29ZI didnt live here however I was trying to rent from them I have a housing voucher and was accepted with my application to apartments I paid the 99 hold fee for an apartment and got qualified by housing however they tried to force me into signing a I didnt live here however I was trying to rent from them I have a housing voucher and was accepted with my application to apartments I paid the 99 hold fee for an apartment and got qualified by housing however they tried to force me into signing a lease and move in before the housing inspection passedwhich would make me responsible for full rent till it passed and Id be signing a yr lease that I would be stuck in if something happened on housing end They kept changing which apartment I would move into after they filled out paperwork with housing for a certain apartment and said it would be ready the 16th of marchThey refused to hold the apartment till the inspection passed Its 5th of April and theyve not had any communication with me on a move in date poor communication skills and When I told them I was no longer interested in renting they refused to refund my 99 hold fee Shady management in my opinion The apartment they actually allowed me to lookrefused to allow me to look at the one that I was supposed to move intoat smelled of mildew I would not rent from here more ... hide ...
