2023-01-26T21:35:17ZThese guys are amazingI told them that my stove was broke and within two hours they were there with a new one and I was having issues with my pilot light and my water heater and the last company couldnt figure it out and within one day these guys pul These guys are amazingI told them that my stove was broke and within two hours they were there with a new one and I was having issues with my pilot light and my water heater and the last company couldnt figure it out and within one day these guys pulled it off and made it work and I have not had any problems since and I have not had to light the pilot light myself ever since I saw the snow removal around here is amazing its great not helping anyone get unstuck this year is great and theyre just overall amazing more ... hide ...

2022-12-16T14:04:28ZThis was absolutely the worst experience Ive had all year They make you send them 200 to apply and say that they keep 50 for the application fee and the other 150 will go towards rent or it will be refunded to you if you are not approved I didnt get This was absolutely the worst experience Ive had all year They make you send them 200 to apply and say that they keep 50 for the application fee and the other 150 will go towards rent or it will be refunded to you if you are not approved I didnt get approved and 2 days later they took the 150 out of account After they denied me They have the worst customer service too They ignore you and they cant give you answers I sent multiple emails and texts I called and never got an answer so I left voicemails and I went there in person regarding my 150 deposit multiple times It took them about 6 weeks before they told me my refund check got lost in the mail and another 4 weeks before the new check got there So 10 weeks before I got my 150 back I never saw what the apartments looked like inside but thank God I was denied and dont have to deal with these absent minded unhelpful and very unprofessional staff members again After 9 and a half weeks they couldnt give me a tracking number and told me it would be another 2 to 3 weeks I was thinking about calling a lawyer a few days later my check was there so I decided to go get my money and try to forget about this horrible experience more ... hide ...
