The management is completely horrible to try and get ahold of and absolutely horrible about returning phone calls My husband and I went in almost 2 months ago filled out all of the paperwork they needed and paid for our background checks to be ran co The management is completely horrible to try and get ahold of and absolutely horrible about returning phone calls My husband and I went in almost 2 months ago filled out all of the paperwork they needed and paid for our background checks to be ran completely clean by the way neither of us have ever had anything on our record finally today after calling at least once a week for the last 2 months we were able to speak to someone and told they wouldnt rent to us due to our rental history yes our rent has ALWAYS been paid on time but we only have a rental history of the place we are in now we are 24 and 26 and have lived in the same house for the last 5 almost 6 years but thats apparently not enough rental history for them I would save your time and money to find a place to live where you will be treated like a human and not like you are wasting their time trying to speak with them They have HORRIBLE management and after reading these reviews Im taking it as a blessing in disguise that we didnt move in there and put more money in these crooks pockets more ... hide ...

We have lived here for 45 years the community and school are fantastic but these apartments are terrible I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone especially families with young kids The inspections they conduct are beyond stressful and the rules are We have lived here for 45 years the community and school are fantastic but these apartments are terrible I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone especially families with young kids The inspections they conduct are beyond stressful and the rules are arbitrary so you never know if youre going to pass or failnRecently they vacated at least 3 families mine included all with young kids What kind of company vacates families during a housing crisis right before Christmas We offered to pay for damages and to donate my husbands time to repaint the unit since hes a professional painter but they didnt accept So now we have to come up with over 400month more in our already tight budget or else well end up in our van or homeless shelternMoral of the story Dont move here if you have young kids or plan on being here more than 4 years more ... hide ...

I had a rave review for this company posted after changing it due to their placating me after I posted a nasty one I am reediting my previous reedit 5 starsnThis company is dishonest and sneaky Make sure you point out every flaw that you see and make I had a rave review for this company posted after changing it due to their placating me after I posted a nasty one I am reediting my previous reedit 5 starsnThis company is dishonest and sneaky Make sure you point out every flaw that you see and make sure you take pictures Make sure you are present for ALL inspections Keep a paper trail or they will stick anything they can on you Inspections are ridiculous They tell you to clean dont give exactly what youll get kicked out for then you have a 3 day notice for fingerprints on YOUR fish tank that you have permission to have I had to dig up the HUGE weeds so my kids could play in the backyard They said when I moved in they would take care of it but never did No paper trail because I trusted they would take care of it as stated I waited for 8 months with no guard under my oven and little kids hanging around there There were nails that my ex husband had to tap back up so the kids wouldnt get scratched They wont get enough help to keep up on their maintenance so you can put in an order but it wont get done for a long time if at all then theyll charge you for it when you move out They take it out of your security deposit Paper trail Paper trail Paper trail Do NOT trust them when they say they will take care of it or not to worry Record every conversation or get it in writing Talk to a couple of the residents about inspections and management before you live here more ... hide ...

I have been here at the Old Mill Apartments for 4 years and I love it here My son has so many kids to play with and the people are friendly The office staff management and maintenance are all great They take care of everything inside and out to make I have been here at the Old Mill Apartments for 4 years and I love it here My son has so many kids to play with and the people are friendly The office staff management and maintenance are all great They take care of everything inside and out to make the area beautiful Inspections are every 6 months where they come in check doors light fixtures switches outlets windows blinds and make sure everythung is in working order If theres an issue they are here to fix it for you I deffenetlly love it here and Im glad to have a place thats clean and beautiful more ... hide ...
