I would suggest going to Ashley valley apartments before you go here. This place should be your very last option. There is no air conditioning in the apartments, and having an air conditioning window unit is not allowed.I would suggest going to Ashley valley apartments before you go here. So in the summer your apartment is 90, that is what it says on the thermostat, with the upstairs being even hotter. Every other week you get letters on your door from management, complaining or accusing the residents of something .One letter stated its against the rules to not wear shoes outside, another stating if your car front bumper is over the curb you will get a lease violation. Also maintenance leaves boards with nails outside so kids end up playing with them and getting hurt. The maintenance man is rude to children. He talks disrespectful to them. If you have a pet other tenants will kick and throw them. Your things will get stolen if left outside. Even if its by your front door. This place is the lowest of the low.more ...hide ...
