Awesome place to live! My wife and I lived here while I finished my masters degree at USU. The neighbors are very friendly. Management is really nice and easy to work with. To top it all off, the entire neighborhood is eAwesome place to live! My wife and I lived here while I finished my masters degree at USU. The neighbors are very friendly. Management is really nice and easy to work with. To top it all off, the entire neighborhood is emaculately maintained. They have strict rules, but if you enjoy living in a nice, clean, friendly neighborhood, this is the place to be. I have no complaints about routine checks/maintenance. We LOVED living at the Springs at Logan River. When we moved in everything as so clean with new paint and new carpet. Carma and Sera were so nice and personal. The maintenance does an amazing job keeping the property maintained and if you need assistance with something in your home they are there right away. Every time I would go to work I would receive a wave from every maintenance man, they were so nice. Everyone in the community was nice and it would be the perfect place to live with children. We never had any issues with the inspections. As long as you take care of your house and keep it clean you will be just fine. I dont have anything but positive things to say about The Springs at Logan River. It truly was a privilege to live here.more ...hide ...
The manager is almost never at her office and honestly I dont know who runs this place or who maintenance it.
