The atmosphere is welcoming and the view is remarkable. Maintenance is always meticulous. The property management is excellent. Private gardens and two playgrounds are available. Private gardens and two playgrounds are available. Although there are some stringent regulations, we are fond of the sense of our own neighborhood. Having stayed here for more than five years, we continue to take pleasure in living here. We appreciate our community and neighbors. Maintenance is outstanding! Maria and Brenna, the office managers, are two wonderful women. They are responsive to my needs and willing to assist. I understand that a few demands may not be understood by all. For instance, the rule of not having garbage cans in front of the garage is now strongly executed. After the recent gust of wind, the scattered litter was unpleasant to look at and maintenance had to clear it up. Thus, trash cans must not be placed outside. I have to admit that the restrictions are not as severe as some other reviewers have commented. Nevertheless, I find the rent hikes to be manipulative, especially in this difficult year for so many. This is a corporate ploy and not the management's fault. The first time I visited this place the lady who gave us a tour was super nice I went with my parents to help them look for a place about 45 years ago We loved the quietness and large floorplan We asked to have my parents and me put on the waiting li The first time I visited this place the lady who gave us a tour was super nice I went with my parents to help them look for a place about 45 years ago We loved the quietness and large floorplan We asked to have my parents and me put on the waiting list separately as I wanted my own place They said it could take a few months to get a call so I patiently waited 6 monthsnSo fast forward half a year later I had to make several calls to even reach someone and asked about our place on the wait list When I finally talked to someone they said only a couple more monthsnAfter a year called them back and wondered if we got dropped off the list The lady was pretty rude when I finally reached someone yup took another few calls They said they had me but not my parents not sure what happened but they added my parents back and told me that it would be a couple more months for me I told them I wasnt interested anymore and to take me off the list but my parents should stay on Supposedly they did thatnFast forward 34 years later they never called my parents and today they emailed me asking me if I was still interested in a unit because Im still on the wait list Umits been 45 years now and asked to be taken off Guessing that rude lady didnt do anything from when I called hernI question their ability to keep up with a waitlist and those questions go into their management capabilities I see a lot of negative reviews and I can believe it If you cant maintain a simple wait list how can you maintain a property And the fact it takes several calls to reach someone And then have them be rude No thank you I read reviews where that seems to be a common occurrence And then the concerns when I read about the constant rent raising pestering and privacy invasions A bit too consistent amongst the bad reviews and spread timelines Pretty glad I never moved in more ... hide ...
