If you are from SLC you may be fine if from out of town and cant come in look somewhere elsennI am moving from out of state and learned about sugar flats after my visit so could not tour in person To me there is a homey feel to the way the building i If you are from SLC you may be fine if from out of town and cant come in look somewhere elsennI am moving from out of state and learned about sugar flats after my visit so could not tour in person To me there is a homey feel to the way the building is structured so I particularly liked the idea of living there When I called I learned they dont do zoom or facetime which is fine but there was also no offer to even talk on the phone which the few other apartments Ive looked at who choose not to facetimezoom have always done Instead I was given a link for a virtual tour and a youtube video from 2 years ago which is nice but not helpful enough so I followed up When I tried to ask specifics about apartments and views I was sent a photo of the view for one apartment was from the apartment across the hall I understand you cant go in however when I just asked if the view was the samesimilar direction to what the available apartment was sometimes across the hall equals courtyard or different street I got no response I thought they just didnt see it since they responded to a different part of the email so resent the question Didnt get an answer again I called and left a message asking this and a different question No call back Resent the question again No response Over a week has gone by I understand sugar flats get a lot of people making it so they likely dont have to deal with questions from out of towners who cant come in Still I think its respectful to respond even if its with a I dont know or I am unable to tell you at this time I know these questions may seem small or unreasonable but its hard when you cant come in and see for yourself and again the least you could do is respondnnThe lack of this level of responsiveness and just understanding makes it so I went to another apartment complex with a smaller apartment for the same price simply because the staff was way more responsive accommodating and overall just kind and respectful She even has gone so far as to take pictures and videos herself and had a resident she knew was kind send a pic of the view It just made me feel that staff understood how stressful moving to a place you dont know can be In contrast flats wouldnt even call back or offer to talk on the phone or answer the question So if you are from out of town and looking for understanding complexes to aid you I would not advise here more ... hide ...

I moved in to Liberty Village two weeks ago and have loved every moment of it I found this apartment complex in November after looking at several others in the area and knew it is where I wanted to be Amanda was so helpful in making sure I got the ri I moved in to Liberty Village two weeks ago and have loved every moment of it I found this apartment complex in November after looking at several others in the area and knew it is where I wanted to be Amanda was so helpful in making sure I got the right apartment for me but was not pushy She was straight forward about what they had to offer Amanda assisted me throughout the leasing and moving process and is always so kind and resourceful Jeff has also been very kind the office staff is just always so friendly and the best management company I have come acrossnnI love the security level in this building Prior to Liberty Village I lived downtown in a apartment complex that claimed to be secure but actually was not so Liberty Village has been a breath of fresh air After moving in Amanda helped make sure any minor details that needed attention in the apartment were taken care of The maintenance staff is very kind as wellnnIf you are looking for an apartment that has modern finishes but still has that cozy feeling look no further The other tenants are always friendly but I forget its a larger complex because it is SO quiet I am so happy to be a tenant here Thanks Amanda for all of your help more ... hide ...
