For instance their apartment building Central Park Station had been under construction for almost two years, they told some tenants that is would be completed last September, but when September came they said October, when October came they said November, this has been happening for 7 months. People/family prepared for the move by giving notice to their landlords and ended up having to live in their cars or on the streets of with family members. The company is responsible for a lot of hardship because of he irresponsible/unethical dealings with customers. They provide subsided living to some tenants but this seems to be a scam to leach money of the government and treat tenants as 3rd class citizens. Also their management is hard to work with and sides with this neighbor because shes been there since day 1. I just wanted to throw this out there to inform everyone.
