Well I find myself coming to the reviews section which is something I do rarely unless Ive had just an excellent experience somewhere or just an awful onenI applied back in November for these apartments and unfortunately somehow made too much with my Well I find myself coming to the reviews section which is something I do rarely unless Ive had just an excellent experience somewhere or just an awful onenI applied back in November for these apartments and unfortunately somehow made too much with my income Thats fine and they made sure to leverage everything they could and it came out to be that way What I dont appreciate is that I still havent received the deposit back that I placed while applying keep in mind this place is one of those apartment companies that requires that before approval so you need to be aware that they can try and keep your money I received an email confirmation on Nov 22nd after I had to ask several times if they had sent the deposit and to make sure they had the right address that the deposit would be sent out and can take 24 weeksnSince then Ive been calling to leave messages sending emails without a response I wanted to have more hope even after my partner mentioned that some apartment places really do scam people because they canIm not giving up but I wanted to leave an honest review from someone who applied I believe that is where they get you and can get extra money without giving it back because these are low income apartments and so they probably arent expecting much retaliation when were just trying to live and find a home and a lot of people just dont have the timen more ... hide ...

I have now lived here for over a year and I absolutely love this complex It was a rocky and really stressful start when I first moved in due to a different leasing agent at the time Over the past year there have been changes to staff and now everythi I have now lived here for over a year and I absolutely love this complex It was a rocky and really stressful start when I first moved in due to a different leasing agent at the time Over the past year there have been changes to staff and now everything about living here has steadily been getting better This is the first time Ive lived in an apartment where the quality of the living experience increases instead of decreases The entire team is wonderful Jordan is always so sweet very personable and awesome to talk to Andy our head maintenance tech is always wonderful and extremely kind Hes always been super helpful and a delight to talk to when I need help with something or if I just see him around the complex and chat with him I havent met Kristina in person before but even through email she is always extremely helpful attentive and thorough and I can definitely tell she cares about her tenants here I love that the team regularly and consistently sends out emails and notices to keep everyone in the loop that helps a ton to bring a sense of community and togetherness Additionally I really love that they host community events for tenants as well I have yet to attend one but I definitely intend to for future ones to get to know others I know its totally not easy to operate a complex and look after so many tenants but the team we have here really does earnest stupendous work to make this a positive living experience for everyone I appreciate each of them TONS for what they do Theyre truly a stellar very hardworking group and they deserve all the appreciation tenants can give themnnAs for the apartments themselves theyre awesome Pretty nice amenities I love the community area towards the back the community garden Im hoping an area of the complex can be turned into a dog park eventually since we were supposed to get a dog run at some point in the past unless I just dont know about the designated area for it but I dont think thats on the agenda anymore I have raucous neighbors on my floor that have caused multiple disturbances well into the night ever since I first came here but thankfully it has been dialed back quite a bit I had brought this to managements attention a little while ago so now I presume the matter has been dealt with Im also extremely thankful for staff taking care of that Any other noise doesnt bother me Its part of apartment living and sharing the space with others so its reasonable to accept occasional noisiness I love the spaciousness of these apartments the granite countertops the finishes Being a single person there is plenty of space and storage for me Several of the tenants Ive met during my time here are great Ive loved getting to know a few of them Im not sure how others have experienced theft with their vehicles I havent encountered this issue before Its just a matter of being diligent with locking your vehicle and leaving NO valuables or anything else that can draw theft vandalism etcnnDespite the slight downsides I mentioned it definitely doesnt take away from this being a 5star complex I still love my experience here and I feel extremely content and comfortable living here Im very thankful to be living at one of the better apartments than others more ... hide ...

I have been renting my art studio from Project Open for a year now and I really love it The space has a large art sink and great ventilation for when working with strongfume mediums It is also in such a nice location I appreciate that only those with I have been renting my art studio from Project Open for a year now and I really love it The space has a large art sink and great ventilation for when working with strongfume mediums It is also in such a nice location I appreciate that only those with key fobs can enter the building as I often paint very late at nightnnOn that note I do wish renters in the Guadalupe Project Open art studio building could have access to the parking as it can be scary to walk alone at night to my car in the streetnnIt has also been inconvenient to have the main area closed as I have no access to a bathroom However I know the only reason the main space bathroom is closed off is due to COVID and I appreciate them being wise with limited contact more ... hide ...
