There are 3 apartment sizes - Efficiency, 1 Bedroom, and 2 Bedroom. The latter has 2 bathrooms.Rent is comparable to similar units in the area, based on raw numbers alone. When you consider that AC, heating, and hot water is included - with individual forced air cooling, heating, and water heater - rent becomes an incomparable bargain.When i moved in, the apartment was basically new - freshly painted, with flooring (carpet / tile) replaced. Service is prompt - 3 maintenance requests each resolved same day.People with cats or dogs wont want to apply - neither Fido or Fluffy is allowed. Income qualification may be a challenge, with both minimum and maximum limits (carefully and compassionately verified).Right now, I have no intention of ever moving.
