My mom lives in this place. It has changed ownership hands more than several times. It is now deemed as a tax credit property. VHDA needs to go through Mallard Coves records. VHDA needs to go through Mallard Coves records. The staff has abrutely stopped working for this company. Now, all of my moms friends are gone & this place is a complex for parents & children. But I felt better with my mom living there with this staff, who is no longer there. The temporary replacement person sent my mom a letter stating that her rent had not been paid. This company insisted a few years ago for the residents to pay their rent online. My mothers rent just cleared her bank account. This is the worse place & the owners do not care. The residents are just a tax write off for them. I asked this person to check her records again bc I know that my mothers rent has been pd. She lied & said she would & that she would call my mom. She did neither. She walked out the door as the clock struck 5pm. She passed me in the parking lot. I will be reporting this to whomever needs to be made aware.more ...hide ...
