These accommodations are the worst I have ever had the misfortune of living in. I have resided at this residence for a couple of years and have a wide range of problems to mention. I have resided at this residence for a couple of years and have a wide range of problems to mention. These issues include maintenance, neighbours and the landlord. To start off, the condition of the apartments is abysmal. Security cameras are not functional. The laundromat is nasty, never gets cleaned, steals your money and had a beehive before I moved out. As for the apartment, the whole place is of terrible quality. Black mold and persistent leaks from the ceiling. I personally had to request that the landlord come in and inspect it almost every day for two weeks. The sink broke and caused our whole flat to flood and the walls have not been painted in over fifteen years. Gunshots are often heard; in fact, someone was shot in our parking lot. In the flat above us, eight people live there, including three children. Sounds reverberate throughout the residence. You must essentially speak in a whisper to avoid being heard by all of your neighbours. The neighbours are impolite and create a great commotion. They permanently sit in front of the entrance door, blocking it with chairs. They constantly ask for rides and there are inebriated individuals everywhere.
