Mallside Forest Apartments is not a place I would ever recommend people to live For the 8 years Ive lived here its been a serious disaster time and time again The people are nasty rude disrespectful just flat out trifling You can not count on the man Mallside Forest Apartments is not a place I would ever recommend people to live For the 8 years Ive lived here its been a serious disaster time and time again The people are nasty rude disrespectful just flat out trifling You can not count on the management to help take care of serious issues regarding the loud noises and other neighbors trashing your balcony with cigarette buds which could start a fire if not put out correctly and the neighbors vibration from their noises is tearing up your ceilings trash in the hallways the kids playing roughly by your door and knocking then run kids outside cursing and carrying on being disrespectful towards adults and other kids Kids playing with bee bee guns breaking your balcony glass door or wind shield to your car Trash out in the parking lots people sitting on the stairs and in front of the building where you gotta always say excuse me when they know they should move out the way so people can go or leave out the buildings plus people are smoking weed sitting on the stepsa whole lot of things is wrong Then theres no where to park your car because there are people who do not live here who use up the parking spaces You can never get in touch with the office when you call they never return your phone calls when you leave a message or if you go up there the office is closed plus they have been entering my apartment with out notice and its against the lease contract so they are violating the lease agreements which is against the law and anyone can sue them for that because its an invasion of privacyif they need to go into peoples apartments let us know They always sneak in my apartment when theres nothing to fix in here because they have done it months ago I am so done with this place its past ridiculous I will be happy when the day comes when I move out of here and I recommend others to move also if youre having problems living hereSERIOUSLY more ... hide ...
