I have resided in this area for almost 5 years and I really can't WAIT to move away! In recent years, it has been bearable at best, but the current management team (@first communities) is by far the worst. In recent years, it has been bearable at best, but the current management team (@first communities) is by far the worst. There is always an excuse for everything, and the communication with tenants is abysmal. The water bill is still the same, whether one person lives in the apartment or ten. Nevertheless, my own bill has tripled since the new company came in, with my most recent being $140. I'm a single person who showers once a day and barely uses the dishwasher or washing machine, yet I still get charged a high amount. The area of the washing machine is used by some as a dumpster and management refuses to clean it out. As of now, there are three weeks' worth of trash in there (see attached photo) and I have even noticed rodents emerging from it! I wouldn't even suggest my worst enemy to live here! Additionally, they always claim to be attempting to fix issues from the prior management, which is a bold-faced lie as all of the issues I cited are recent, not from last year! Apparently, First Communities Management is leaving soon....GREAT!!more ...hide ...

Someone needs to replace the two ladies that are in the office very rude , not professional at all came in to ask about information about the apartments and both looked like they didn€™t want to help .
